The customers have chosen a space theme for decoration of children’s room. But as their son is still a very little boy, it was decided to abandon dark colors which are often used in the “outer” premises and to create a kind of a space shuttle wandering around the universe and searching for unknown civilizations. Stars and planets can be seen in the windows of the shuttle, and its corridors equipped with a blue (around the ceiling perimeter) and white (around the floor perimeter) backlighting.

In a “shuttle” there is a captain’s bridge – the working area – with a large window where the “captain” can view the happenings outside and work on further plans of a space mission. To make his work comfortable, “growing” desk and chair were chosen. A bookcase for textbooks, stationery and other necessary things were placed to the left of the desk. Besides, a niche for aquarium was envisaged in the bookcase design.

Sofa near the “window”, keyboard and multifunctional chairs Calligaris, which can turn into a shelving unit or a table where starry sky projector can be set play role of the shuttle’s companion cabin. On the second level there is a sleeping unit. The window of the sleeping unit overlooks the boundless universe.

There are also engineering units in the shuttle: sports corner where a child can climb looking for malfunctions and draw “microcircuits” on the wall covered with whiteboard paint. Near the engineering unit there is a hold represented by the wardrobe fitted in the niche.
